Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.00
- Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): $15.00 (Expedited shipping coming soon!")
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before your order is placed.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete return instructions. Unless an item is defective, damaged during shipping, or sent incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
